My name is TJ, and my path to your pantry started in the heat of professional kitchens. With over a decade of experience in restaurants and three rigorous years of culinary school, I learned the technical precision required for the perfect sear and the science of flavor balancing.

But my real inspiration didn't come from a stainless steel kitchen—it came from the wild. Whether I’m hunting, fishing, foraging, or camping, I’ve always been most at home outdoors. I wanted to marry the high-level craft of my professional training with the raw, rustic spirit of the wilderness.
